The abayas are tailored upon request and there is no cancellation or return after the order is completed and 6 hours have passed. Returning the product is not allowed if the customer made a mistake in choosing the size. Replacement and return are allowed in the following cases: customer received the wrong size from the store (the order is returned and the correct size is shipped), customer received an incomplete order (the missing product is sent or its value is refunded), in case of a manufacturing defect (return and refund).
